Educated at Firangi Mahal, Nadwatul Ulama, and later at the Aligarh Muslim University, Sadiq acquired a profound understanding of Islamic theology, Arabic, and Persian. He was known for his progressive views and emphasis on modern education, advocating for communal harmony and interfaith dialogue. His efforts in promoting education were realized through the establishment of several institutions, including the Tauheedul Muslimeen Trust and Unity College in Lucknow.
